Hub Rules
|
Gaol is a permanent hub. No connection may ever be made from Gaol to any other hub.
A player in Gaol may offer a bribe of points to escape. The amount of the bribe shall be equal to half the player's score, except that it shall never be less than 5 points, nor greater than 50 points. Bribes are paid to the warden, if such an entity is defined; otherwise they are merely lost. If there are any non-player entities moving on the grid, and such entities end up in Gaol, they shall escape by invoking these hub rules after one full turn; if such entities do not possess points, then no bribe is paid for their escape. If the warden is in Gaol, his bribe to escape is only a third of his score (within the 5-50 limits noted earlier); such bribes are always lost.
When a player or other entity escapes from Gaol, it is moved to Nomicron Central.
