Ring Powers
The player in possession of the Ring of Origins may resurrect a single rule from any round without a vote, excluding rules that caused the end of a round due to paradox. Rules enacted in this manner are considered Resurrection Rules. The player uses the power by creating a Resurrection Proposal draft and declaring in the comments of the draft that they are using the power. The rule takes effect at the beginning of the following turn. The only way to stop such a resurrection is for another player to give a Ring they own to the player who used the Ring of Origins, and the Ring of Origins still transfers as specified.

Transfer of Possession
A player's "Round of Origin" is the round in which they first became a player of Nomicron. If a player joined during a Convention, the round immediately following is their Round of Origin. After usage of the power, during the following Interim, the Ring of Origins is given to a random player whose Round of Origin is the previous round of Nomicron than the Round of Origin of the player who used the ring. In other words, the first transfer goes to a player from Round 9, the next transfer to a player from Round 8, etc. If no players remain from a round, the round prior to that one is used instead, recursively. After Round 1, the transfer goes to a player from the current round.
