3.1 Resurrections

Enact the following rule:

Resurrections

Mutable Rule
Text	Game entities from previous rounds of Nomicron may be resurrected in the current round by referendum. A resurrection referendum shall provide the following informational fields: 1. The name of the entity being resurrected. 2. A link to the location in the Nomicron archives that describes the original behavior of the entity in question. 3. A description of how the resurrected entity should interact with the players, rules, and other game entities extant in the current round. The resurrection referendum passes if a majority of players voting on it vote in favor. If the referendum passes, the entity named shall be deemed to exist, and the referendum's description shall govern that entity in a rule-like manner. Officers may be assigned to maintain such entities per Rule 218.
