If a Resurrection Proposal passes, the new rule created by the proposal is known as a Resurrected Rule. Such rules do not lose their status as Resurrected Rules when amended, but if a player feels that a Resurrected Rule has been altered enough to have "forgotten its roots" they may submit a referendum to strip that rule of its status as a Resurrected Rule.
When, for the first time and only the first time, the ruleset contains at least one Resurrected Rule from each of the nine previous rounds of Nomicron, then Nomicron Round 10: The Resurrection shall be known forever and for always as "The One Round To Rule Them All." At that point, players who submitted Resurrection Proposals will receive the following entities, known as Rings, depending on which round the Resurrected Rules they proposed came from. If two or more players enacted Resurrection Rules from the same round, the player who submitted the Resurrection Rule with the higher rule number (from the current round) receives the corresponding Ring.
Round One: Ring of Origins
Round Two: Ring of Atoms
Round Three: Ring of Songs
Round Four: Ring of Pages
Round Five: Ring of Pears
Round Six: Ring of Fighting
Round Seven: Ring of Luck
Round Eight: Ring of Death
Round Nine: Ring Unleashed
If, at any point, one player possesses all nine rings, they win the round.
