All points lost in the recent Atomic Bomb explosion should be in Free Parking.

Rule 340.1 states "If the Atomic Bomb explodes while in the possession of the executive, the penalty that would normally apply instead applies to all players."
Rule 334.1 states "If a player fails to announce who receives the atomic bomb ... the Atomic Bomb explodes and the player holding the Atomic Bomb loses 30 points, which are transferred to Free Parking."
This statement, in its entirety, is the "penalty" mentioned in Rule 340.1.

I agree with JediSquid--Rule 334 is clear that the penalty is what is transferred to Free Parking, not 30 points, even noting that if a player has less than 30 points, the amount of points they lose is what gets transferred, not 30 points. In this case, each player pays the penalty (except BobTHJ and mahagugu who have no points) and therefore a total of 180 point should go to Free Parking.
